Challenge Format:

• Round 1: MCQ Challenge - This is your opportunity to demonstrate your genuine passion and solid understanding of key concepts. This round will consist of multiple-choice questions to be completed within a 30-minute timeframe.
• Round 2: Code Hunt - After successfully showcasing your enthusiasm in Round 1, you may be invited to the Code Hunt Round if shortlisted. This round will feature a series of three programming questions designed to challenge your core software engineering skills and fundamentals. Are you ready for an exciting challenge?

Participation in Round 2: Code Hunt will be by invitation only.

You will require a webcam to be able to take this test (for all rounds). Please have a functional webcam-enabled and grant access to the pop-up on the browser.

Job Purpose:

Develop, customize, and maintain software applications – both developed grounds-up as well as packaged solutions using different software tools and technologies to meet the requirements from the user functions. The role incumbent is also responsible for learning / exploring new technologies and implementing them into productive use for various business scenarios.

Business Responsibility Areas:

• Carry out the technical design elements of the business / functional requirements and validate the design / architecture with the concerned Executive / Manager
• Develop the application as per the technical design
• Shadowing of partner’s development team if the project is outsourced
• Troubleshooting, debugging of issues and providing resolution
• Periodic maintenance activity for application patches and upgrades
• Unit / Integration Testing of development artifacts
• Training end-users on the application developed / customized
• Migration of application / associated data for large migration projects from one technology platform to other
• Post-production support
• Adherence to KPIs and SLAs for application support
• Documentation of design & development work

Essential - Masters in Computer Applications
