KPIT Interview Rounds & Process
KPIT interview rounds are divided into 3 to 4 rounds, which is the process of most IT and technology companies around the world. In KPIT, there are three major interview rounds for the section of a candidate that going to join them after completing all the rounds, such as:
- Online Test
- Technical Interview
- HR Round
1. Online Test
This is an online system test round and in this test round, there were 90 questions and 90 minutes, and the questions asked from the topics of SQL, Aptitude, Java, and C.
2. F2F Technical Interview
The interviewer will ask you basic questions from core Java, SQL queries, and database concepts, some questions were tricky but most questions were normal questions. In Core Java, they asked some deep questions about the OOPS concept, so if you are going to attend a KPIT interview then be prepared for the OOPS concept. This round was conducted around for 1 hour.
3. HR Interview
It is a common HR interview question and answer round to communication skills and they will tell you their company policies and other things. The HR round takes around 35 to 40 minutes.
