Is Aptean a Good Place To Work for Freshers?

Aptean is a good place or company to work for freshers as well as experienced, who are interested in learning new technologies and many more. It gives better opportunities for everyone (freshers and experienced) but some of the policies are not employee-friendly, so they need to work on that. Interview Process and Rounds in Aptean

There are three to five basic rounds available in interviews in Aptean technology, according to the requirement of the job position, such as:

  • Online Aptitude
  • Online Coding Round
  • Technical Skype Interview
  • Face-to-Face Manager technical
  • HR Round

1. Online Aptitude

It is a quick aptitude online test and in this round a total of 50 questions with the time duration of 22 minutes.

2. Online Coding Round

The online coding round a quite tough but if you have command of a core subject then there will be no issue with solving such questions. This round has a total of 24 questions with a 90-minute time duration including topics algorithms, data structure, digital logic and design concepts, and other core computer subjects to clear this round.

3 Technical Skype Interview

Face-to-Face technical manager round, the interviewers were asked to write some algorithms and programs, as well as, they asked some programming and database concepts.

Note: For this round, the candidates must prepare searching, shorting algorithms, joining, trigger, stored procedure, SQL Injection, OOPS concept, etc.

4. Face-to-Face Technical Manager Round

The face-to-face Technical Manager round is quite similar to 3rd round. For this round, you don't need to make any extra effort to clear this round, all you have to maintain your confidence while talking with the manager, they will observe your behavior in different – different situations for example suddenly they can say that you are rejected and then they will notice your body language and face expression, so be careful in this round for unexpected questions and behave normal and relax in all situation.

5. HR Round

The HR round is just for formality, they will check your introduction, communication skills, behavior, education, family background, and other related questions. Maybe possibility, the interviewer will ask about your salary expectations, etc.
