Job Requirements

• The candidates must have 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio of YouTube thumbnails and video creatives.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but so long as you are talented at video editing and willing to grow in the field, they do not care what you have studied.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of user psychology and visual storytelling.
• Ability to design for different platforms, including social media and YouTube.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of both English and Hindi, with the ability to comprehend and work with content in both languages.
• Passion for YouTube, videos, and content creation.
