Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough secondary research to comprehend various resources for information extraction related to the given business's activities and events.
  • Read user reviews and extract the activities that can be performed for those points of interest or topics related to Place.
  • Refer to images and videos to extract activities related to that Place topic.
  • Evaluate activities and events, and categorize them into different buckets based on instructions
  • Identify relevant/irrelevant aspects related to the business category, reviews, queries, etc. used for comparing and rating a place.
  • Ensure the tasks allotted are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
  • Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics for improvement opportunities.

Skills required

  • Communication: English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandatory competency: Good English comprehension with Logical Ability and data Interpretation.
  • Reading and Comprehension: The person should be able to read and comprehend the given content and establish context with the given task.
  • Research skills: Ability to conduct thorough research using the Google platform on various pages related to the POIs being evaluated. This includes identifying credible sources of information, evaluating the quality, and summarizing complex information clearly and concisely.
  • General Awareness: The candidate should have awareness on consumer services such as food & beverages, restaurants, leisure activities, lifestyle and entertainment domains.
  • Work timings: Should be able to work in different shifts and locales depending on the business requirement.
  • General skills: Attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency with computers and MS Office / equivalent platforms.
