Roles & Responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality support.
- Ensure all customer queries and issues are logged as support tickets and tracked through the entire resolution lifecycle.
- Prioritize and assign tickets based on severity, impact, and customer requirements, ensuring that SLAs are met.
Experience and Education of Candidates
1 to 2 Years of Experience is required for the Customer Support position but the freshers can also attend this drive who have excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills. The education and qualification range is a technical degree B. Tech, MBA (Master of Business Administrator).
Note: The drive will be conducted on 16th Nov 2024 in a maintained location. The qualified candidates will enjoy a salary range of up to 4 LPA.
