Interview Rounds & Process for Freshers
In general, the Mountblue Technologies interview is divided into five rounds, may be some time only four rounds, which are:
- Paper Test
- Communication Round
- System Test Round
- Technical Round (Connected to System Test Round)
- HR Round
1. Paper Test Round
In the paper test, there were 20 questions and 1 hour time. Questions were from aptitude, programming concepts, and databases. It will be easier to test if you prepare well.
2. Communication Round
The communication round is also quite easier because in this round they give 5 topics, you have to choose one and explain that topic for 5 minutes. After this round, maybe they say that you all can leave for the day, if you get selected then you will be called for the next round another day.
3. System Test Round
After the second round interview, you will get a phone call from Mountblue Technologies in 3 to 4 days for the next round, which is a system test. In this round, there were 7 questions from the SQL database based on joining, trigger, and some normal store procedure-based questions. If you want to pass this round, you should need to give the right answer minimum 4 questions.
4. Technical Round
After the clearing of the third round, they conducted a face-to-face technical round and in this round, they asked some questions from the topics of oops concept and database. After 45 minutes of the interview, maybe they said to you to wait for some time in the waiting hall. A few minutes later they informed you, that you are selected or rejected in this round.
5. HR Round
HR round is simply conducted to know the basic information about the candidate, as well as check your communication, behavior, presence of mind, etc. Maybe the interviewer asks some basic questions related to your education, family background, home town,
