Devin Eric Lloyd, professionally known as Devin Lloyd, is an American professional football linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL), he played college football for the Utah Utes and was selected by the Jaguars in the first round of the 2022 NFL draft.

Devin Lloyd was born in Kansas City, Missouri on September 30, 1998. He attended Otay Ranch High School in Chula Vista, California, where he played multiple positions on the football team, including wide receiver, safety, and punter. During his senior year, he recorded 29 receptions on offense, eight interceptions on defense, and averaged 37.1 yards on 47 punts. In a game against Eastlake High School, Lloyd made four interceptions, two of which he returned for touchdowns.
