Aman Gupta was born in Delhi, India as the son of Neeraj Gupta (father) and Jyoti Kochar Gupta (mother). Gupta completed his early education at Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram.
He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College at Delhi University before joining the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
