Q5 What is the difference b/w confidence and overconfidence?

Success for me is in which we do hard work for our goals and happiness if we are satisfied with our goals it means that our goals are achieved. If a person gets 100 times failure it does not mean that he is looser it means he has 100 lessons or ways to achieve the goal from it, he can know that these 100 ideas did not work then the next 1 will defiantly do last but not the least from failure we learn a lesson of our life.

Q9 Why did you resign from your previous job?
In my previous company, let me know what is the pros and cons of the BPO industry. I left my previous company because I wanted to relate my previous course to this account. So, I can use all the knowledge that I have learned from my previous course.

Q10 How many hours a week do you normally work?
Normally, I work for 42 hours a week but it depends on the situation and circumstances of the project deadline. If the company needs more time from me then I eagerly wait for this type of moment because these are the moments where you show your real dedication towards the company and your love of work.

Q12 Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.
Criticism is a common one in all organizations, even I had the same from my team lead in all the ways but I took all his criticism as feedback and made myself corrections and I saw my real growth there. Always we need a person to criticize to explore ourselves.

I do not remember any high criticism of my work, however, have made some mistakes but I think mistakes make us perfect. Also, I like to take feedback positively and try to improve myself, and not repeat the mistakes in the future.

Criticism is the way to success, at my previous job I was criticized by my seniors because nobody is perfect in this world, and was taken that criticism as learning. I am also thankful they corrected my work I believe there is always space for improvement.

I would like to replace the word criticized by Coached. There are mistakes that we all make at work and I was lucky to be coached by my superiors in my past jobs. I was not able to perfectly balance my life with my work. My aspirations were getting hit daily so I took the risk and put to task everything I wanted to work out. Now they are completely settled and in 2 year gap, I have completed some courses & utilized opportunities to attend TED talks.
