Nicholas Tse Ting-Fung is a Canadian-Hong Kong actor, martial artist, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur, and chef. He is a multi-talented celebrity who became a TV chef and food critic in 2014. He initially entered the entertainment industry in 1996 as a singer.
Nicholas won the Hong Kong Film Award for Best Actor for his performance in The Stool Pigeon, making him the first person ever to have won all the following three Hong Kong Film Awards: Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, and Best New Performer.
